Smart Co-Living Operations at Coliwoo Fire Station
Singapore, 20 August 2025 – Coliwoo Fire Station integrated SensorFlow’s automation solutions into its 62 co-living residences, transforming a heritage building into an energy efficient, tech enabled living space.
With residents coming and going throughout the day, the property benefited from automated HVAC controls that adjusted usage based on real occupancy. This reduced unnecessary energy consumption while maintaining comfort for long stay residents. The implementation demonstrated how smart automation supports modern co-living models, even within conserved heritage properties where traditional retrofitting can be challenging.
