Smart Automation at STORIES Joo Chiat
Singapore, 16 September 2025 – STORIES Joo Chiat, a Hotel by Cove, implemented SensorFlow’s smart automation to support efficient operations across its 73 room boutique hospitality concept.
Located in one of Singapore’s most character rich neighbourhoods, the hotel focused on balancing comfort, design, and operational efficiency. SensorFlow enabled automated HVAC control based on occupancy, supporting lower energy consumption while maintaining guest comfort. The deployment aligned with the modern, flexible approach to hospitality of Cove and showcased the adaptability of SensorFlow’s wireless technology.
