Khao Lak, 21 October 2025 – Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak integrated SensorFlow’s automation across its 195 guest rooms, supporting energy efficiency in a large scale leisure environment.
With resort style room usage patterns and seasonal occupancy shifts, SensorFlow’s occupancy based HVAC controls helped reduce energy consumption during unoccupied periods while maintaining comfort in the tropical climate of Thailand. The implementation supported the broader sustainability initiatives of Accor across its resort portfolio, proving that luxury and responsibility are not mutually exclusive.
